So today is the last day of January. Here are some things to recap from this month:

•  Every day Ayden is getting bigger and becoming more vocal.
• Aralynne is developing into a vibrant playful little girl.
• She simply loves being outside in the backyard with Daddy, playing and getting dirty. Shes a tomboy that wears tutus!
• January 14th I had a 'Mommys Day" out in San Antonio & had a wonderful time just spending some time on me. Sometimes Mommies need a good break to come back to "work" refreshed!!
• We redid our back yard! Cement has been poured and the ground had been releveled getting ready for new grass for the spring
• Baby Ayden is "crusing" from furniture now. It wont be long until we hear the sound of pitter patter feet! I cant wait! He cant either!
• I've discovered Pinterest and am now a total addict. :) I good addict though!  I love looking at all the amazing ideas and creations out there.
• Ive been attending my BTX Bootcamp workouts and feeling so much better. I have energy I never knew I could have. I feel my body becoming stronger and am dedicated to making my overall life and food relationship work.
• I am also trying to eat healthier. Not just for me but I love finding and cooking healthy meals for my family.
• I went for my consultation for my new tattoo I will be getting Feb 11. (for my birthday). Soooo excited. Its something I've been going back and forth on but I've decided I really want a piece dedicated to my children.

Finally bought baby Aydens big boy carseat! He looks like such a big boy. I can't wait to take him for his first ride in it to Grandmas house later :) Today is lazy/ cleaning day for us... I love lazy Sundays!

My My How Time Flys

This was July 30th 2010 when my baby girl Aralynnie turned 1. This year she will be 3! Practically a little lady (for those that know her) :) She is so beautiful inside and out, the friendliest and most loving little girl I know. She is our Princess, she says she is one too.  So smart & eager to learn new things every day. We love this little person so much!Our daughter, We cant wait to share and plan your 3rd birthday with all your friends and family. You are everything I could ever hope for...and more.

So for the past few days Ayden had been trying to pull himself up on his chubby little legs. And he's doing so wonderful! Today has been full of pulling up & looking around smiling! Our baby boy is growing up so fast!

Our Story

This would be Thanksgiving Day 2011, but our story started long before now. January 2006 I do believe. My senior year in high school & his junior..yeah, I know. Moving away together & starting our lives together seemed pretty perfect. We always had so much fun together! I can remember family trips to Houston, Dallas, & San Antonio. Things were so simple back then... Not a care in the world other than having each others company. But either way no one knew what would become of it; no one knew about 6 years later we would be married with two beautiful children that we would do absolutely anything for. No one knew we would have this house & live a great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors (always thoughtful) also, we had no idea our family would be so strong, getting through everything together. No one knew when we vowed "for better or worse" we truly meant it that day; April  25th 2009. I cant believe the life we have together, everyday improving, everyday striving. I'm amazed about what has happened right before our very eyes. These years have seemed to fly by almost at lightning speed, but I must remember to treasure each and every moment. And as I turn 24 next month, I feel the years creeping up a little too soon. But loving every minute of it!
